Please take a moment to read these Terms of Service before using our services. These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are entered into between you (“Customer”) and IllusionCloud (hereafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “ilcloud”, “illusioncloud”, “our”, or “operator”) and govern your access to and use of our websites and services, including but not limited to, VPN services, hosting, domains, and support services.

1 – Activation of services

1.1 We reserve the right to refuse domain activation due to the specified reason provided to the customer and we will inform the customer within 24 hours of the decision.
1.2 We reserve the right to activate services/products only if the account information provided is genuine and matching the customer’s information.
1.3 We will refuse activation of a domain that has been previously abused or has been involved in non-payment or any other activities that violate the law.
1.4 We reserve the right to choose our customers.
1.5 Domain activation will be refused if the product/service is being used for illegal activities such as child pornography, hacking, drugs, or any other unlawful actions.
1.6 We reserve the right to demand photos/scans of identity documents (such as national ID card or passport) in order to validate your account’s details.
1.7 We reserve the right to decline customers from the financially sanctioned countries by the U.A.E (https://www.uaeiec.gov.ae/en-us/un-page).

2 – Illicit Actions

2.1 Any illegal activity on our servers will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the customer’s account will be temporarily blocked while waiting for the competent authorities instructions.
2.2 We reserve the right to suspend the services of abusive customers using any type of material that may cause harm internally (inside our network)/externally (outside our network, including virus spreading, spam of any kind, DoS or DDoS attacks, non-licensed applications, warez, etc).
2.3 All customers are responsible for what is happening on their account, we are in no way responsible for lost passwords or unauthorized account access.
2.4 Use of our VPN services for illegal activity will be reported and dealt with according to the law in the jurisdiction where the customer is located.
2.5 We reserve the right to suspend/terminate products/accounts who used or are currently using our services for mining or other extreme workload (prolonged intensive use of CPU over 95%/RAM over 95%/IOs/network usage over 95%/bandwidth usage over 99%).

3 – General conditions

3.1 Products/services may be purchased/rented by following all displayed steps and after complete payment, we will verify that the payment has been made correctly automatically/manually (upon failure) and activate your products/services. Automatic activation is almost instant, but in the case of failure, activation may take up to 72 hours on a working week business schedule.
3.2 We offer free customer support only if the service isn’t automatically provisioned, installed correctly, configured correctly or how it should be delivered. We are not obligated to provide support for third-party plugins, mods, scripts, customizations, installations, configurations, etc.
3.3 We reserve the right to charge any customer account in debt.
3.4 We reserve the right to terminate all products/services and suspend the account of a customer with no right of refund if the provided information of the account are false or incorrect.
3.5 We reserve the right to modify any ongoing offers active on our customers accounts if the service price has been updated.
3.6 We reserve the right not to respond to tickets containing insults, advertising, provoking or lack of respect.
3.7 We reserve the right to suspend a customer account including its services with no right of refund if the customer uses inappropriate behavior with our support or any other staff member.
3.8 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of U.A.E. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in U.A.E.
3.9 We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services. In no event shall IllusionCloud be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our services.
3.10 Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold IllusionCloud harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the customer’s use of our services.
3.11 Account funds are non-refundable after 24 hours of payment confirmation.

4 – Privacy

4.1 The protection of confidential data is our first priority, we are committed to keeping them safe.
4.2 We reserve the right to send personal data if asked by the government, the police or any governmental power only if a client has made an illegal action and is subject to criminal prosecution.
4.3 Accessing our websites through a service that hides the original IP address (VPN usage) is strictly prohibited and results in account suspension, termination of products&services and IP blocking.
4.4 We hereby affirm that our VPN services are designed to uphold the privacy and security of our customers. As part of our commitment to this end, we do not engage in the logging of any customer activity.

5 – Operating Warranties

5.1 We assure the correct operation of any service purchased/rented from us.
5.2 In no event shall IllusionCloud be responsible for data loss!
5.3 We reserve the right to change the price of packages according to performance and competition.
5.4 We guarantee the operation of our provided services according to our SLA.

6 – Anti-DDoS Protection

6.1 We reserve the right to not count the downtime made by a DDoS/DoS attack.
6.2 We reserve the right to suspend/null route any service if the DDoS attack is slowing down our infrastructure.
6.3 We reserve the right to suspend any service if proven that the customer was testing the DDoS/DoS filtering solutions by sending attacks to his own services.
6.4 Traffic monitoring (formerly known as dstat) in order to find any filtering issues of our solutions is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and services termination.

7 – Chargeback

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate your account and services once the customer issues a chargeback.
7.2 Chargeback/s will disqualify the customer for having a refund for an invoice, account credit, or any other type of currency we received.
7.3 No refunds are possible for any of our products/services after 24 hours the product/service has been purchased/rented.
7.4 No refunds are possible for any of our products/services for the payment method of prepaid codes.

8 – Affiliation

8.1 The affiliation system is meant to help our clients earn funds, using any method to falsely gain any credits/visits or any advantage in the affiliation system will result in account suspension and services termination.
8.2 By affiliating with us you are bond to have an activity in our affiliation system, having no activity in more than 6 months will result in cancellation of the affiliate.

9 – Modifications

9.1 If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
9.2 Customers will be notified of changes to these Terms of Service through any contact options that we have. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10 – Reselling

10.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any services or user account/s that do not comply with our reselling terms.
10.2 We must be notified via any contact options available in order to resell any services/products we provide.
